No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and save details for next time.
Products & Sizing
Are your items new or pre-loved?
Most items are pre-loved. Each product page lists the condition and any notable flaws. We clean and check every item before listing.
I need more information about a product.
No problem. Use the contact form on the product page or reach out via [Contact Us]. We are happy to measure, photograph or clarify anything.
Can I backorder an item that is out of stock?
Many thrifted items are one-of-a-kind, so backorders are not possible for those. For selected replenishable items, you may see a backorder option. If shown, you can place an order and we will source it as soon as stock returns.
Can you notify me when something is back in stock?
Yes. If the product page shows a “Notify Me” option, add your email and we will let you know as soon as it returns.
Orders & Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major cards, PayPal, Shop Pay and other secure options at checkout. All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
Can I use multiple discount codes?
One code per order unless stated otherwise in a promotion.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been packed, we will do our best to help.

What are your delivery options, costs and timings?

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We are focused on Australia for now.
Can you combine shipping on multiple items?
Yes. Orders placed together are packed in one parcel where possible to save on postage.
How is my order packaged?
We use careful, eco-friendly packaging. Where practical, we reuse clean materials to reduce waste.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
Please review our current policy on the Shipping, Delivery and Returns page. Items must be in the same condition and returned within the stated timeframe.
The item arrived damaged or not as described.
We are sorry about that. Contact us within the returns window with photos and your order number. We will sort it quickly.
Sustainability & Giving Back
How does my purchase give back?
A share of profits supports two causes we care about: Save a Koala and Buy a Bale for Aussie farmers through Rural Aid. Your purchase helps wildlife protection and rural communities.
What do you do to reduce waste?
We repurpose, refurbish, repair, recycle, reuse and resell to keep quality items in circulation and out of landfill. We also aim to minimise packaging waste.
